Support
the Annual Jimmy Biggs Memorial Cabrini Connections Golf Benefit
The Golf Benefit is named in memory of
Jimmy Biggs, a young man who grew up in Cabrini
Green with the help of many tutors and mentors. Jimmy's goal was to
recruit 100 leaders to help him raise money and create jobs that help
programs like Cabrini Connections help teens move to careers. Jimmy
died suddenly in August 2000. The Golf Benefit invites
leaders to continue to try to help make Jimmy's vision come
true.

Give
until you feel good! GIVE FIVE!
In 1987 the Independent
Sector launched a campaign to encourage people to give five
hours a week and 5% of their income to the causes and charities of
their choice. The T/MC's goal is that donors all over the world make
such commitments to tutor/mentor programs and other youth-serving
organizations helping youth to careers. Read more about this campaign
at the Independent Sector web
site.
